This page will teach us how to add contacts to the contact list

The process of adding contacts to a contact list is as quite simple.

We can bulk upload contacts to a contact list via a .xlsx file, we can add the contacts manually or we can import from hubspot or HighLevel

How to bulk upload Contacts ?

To bulk upload the contacts , we need to add the contacts to an XLSX file in a specific format, as explained below

Follow these steps to bulk upload contacts::

• Click on the Name of the contact list , that you want to add the contacts to.

• Click on the Download Sample button, to see the format of file.

• Add your contacts to a .xlsx file in the mentioned format.

• Click on the Upload File, browse and select your file on the computer.

• Click on Save

Please note that the inclusion of the customerNumber column is mandatory. If this column is missing, the Excel file will be rejected. Additionally, ensure that `customerNumber` is spelled and formatted exactly as specified.

How to manually upload contacts ?

• Click on the Name of the contact list , that you want to add the contacts to.

• Click on Create manually

• Fill out contacts details

• Click on Save

How to import from hubspot?

To proceed with importing contacts from hubspot, make sure you have integrated hubspot with voiceGenie. For reference see HubSpot

• Click on the Name of the contact list , where you want to import contacts

• Click on Import from CRM

• CLick on Import from hubspot

• Click on Save

How to import from GoHighLevel?

To proceed with importing contacts from gohighlevel, make sure you have integrated gohighlevel with voiceGenie. For reference see GoHighLevel

• Click on the Name of the contact list , where you want to import contacts

• Click on Import from CRM

• CLick on Import from GoHighLevel
