📞Transfer To Agent

This page explains how to use the functionality where assistant can transfer calls to human agents.

Steps to add Transfer to agent in campaign

• On the Campaign page while creating new campaigm enable the transfer to agent in actions tab

• Click on add agent

• Click on Add New Number to add a new number or click on Select Existing Number to add existing number

• To add new number Enter Name , Description and Number

• Click on add to add this number

👏 YAY !!! Your Campaign now has Transfer to Human Action Enabled.
