Custom SMS
This feature allows an assistant to automatically send a predefined SMS message during a call.
Steps to Enable Custom SMS Action For An Assistant :
Open the assistant you want to add the action to.
Click on Actions.
Click Custom SMS.
Click the Enable button to activate the feature and click "+" icon.

Choose one of the following options:
Use existing SMS — to connect an already created SMS template.
Add new SMS — to create a new one.

A pop-up will appear. Enter the following:
Template Name
Message Content
Trigger Phrases
Once saved, the assistant will automatically send the SMS when the trigger phrases are detected during the conversation.
