Custom SMS

This page explains how to use the functionality where a sms with pre defined message would be sent automatically.

Steps to Enable Custom Sms Action For An Assistant :

• Step 1: Click on the Assitant that you want to add action to.

• Step 2: Click on Actions at the top.

• Step 3: Enable/Disable Custom sms

• This opens a pop up in which you need to enter Template name , Message content , Trigger phrases
