Custom SMS

This feature allows an assistant to automatically send a predefined SMS message during a call.

Steps to Enable Custom SMS Action For An Assistant :

  1. Open the assistant you want to add the action to.

  2. Click on Actions.

  3. Click Custom SMS.

  4. Click the Enable button to activate the feature and click "+" icon.

  1. Choose one of the following options:

  • Use existing SMS — to connect an already created SMS template.

  • Add new SMS — to create a new one.

  1. A pop-up will appear. Enter the following:

  • Template Name

  • Message Content

  • Trigger Phrases

Once saved, the assistant will automatically send the SMS when the trigger phrases are detected during the conversation.
