🙋Transfer to human

This feature allows the assistant to transfer calls to a live human agent whenever a customer requests it.

Add this "transfer to human " to an assistant and use that assistant in your campaign.

When a customer requests human assistance, the assistant will call the numbers added in the Transfer to Human section, connecting the customer to a live agent.

Steps to Enable Transfer to Human Action For An Assistant :

  1. Open the assistant you want to add the action to.

  2. Click on Actions at the top.

  3. Enable or disable Transfer to Human.

  1. Click Add. A pop-up appears. Choose a number from the list or create a new one by clicking Add New Number.

  2. Fill in the details in the pop-up: Name, Description, and Number.

  1. Click Create to save the number.

🎉 Your assistant now has the Transfer to Human action enabled.

Once the customers request for a human help, then the assistant will call on the phones numbers that were added in its transfer to human section and enable a live human interaction.
