🙋Transfer to human
This feature allows the assistant to transfer calls to a live human agent whenever a customer requests it.
Add this "transfer to human " to an assistant and use that assistant in your campaign.
Steps to Enable Transfer to Human Action For An Assistant :
Open the assistant you want to add the action to.
Click on Actions at the top.
Enable or disable Transfer to Human.

Click Add. A pop-up appears. Choose a number from the list or create a new one by clicking Add New Number.
Fill in the details in the pop-up: Name, Description, and Number.

Click Create to save the number.
🎉 Your assistant now has the Transfer to Human action enabled.
Once the customers request for a human help, then the assistant will call on the phones numbers that were added in its transfer to human section and enable a live human interaction.
