Add this "transfer to human action" to an assistant and use that assistant in your campaign.
Any call that is placed using the assistant that has Transfer to Human Action enabled will allow customer to engage with Live Human whenever they request for it.
Steps to Enable Transfer to Human Action For An Assistant :
Once the customers request for a human help, then the assistant will call on the phones numbers that were added in its transfer to human section and enable a live human interaction.
YAY !!! Your Assistant now has Transfer to Human Action Enabled.
