📤OutBound Campaign

An outbound campaign in VoiceGenie is a feature that enables automated voice calls to a list of users or contacts. These campaigns are initiated by the system, using AI voice assistants .

Steps to create an Outbound campaign

• Go to campaigns .Click on Outbound

• On campaigns page click on "Create New Campaign"

• A pop up of Create Campaign appears

• Enter the Campaign name

• Select the Assistant , that you want to use in this campaign
• Select the Phone Number , that you want to use in this campaign
• Select the Contact List , that you want to use in this campaign
• Add the Actions , you want to add in this campaign
• Add the Post Call Analysis in this campaign
• Explore extra features by clicking on Extras

• Extras include

1. Call Retry Option : This decides whether to attempt another call for unanswered calls

2. Concurrency : Set custom pacing and concurrency for the campaign

3. Scheduling : You can Schedule the campaigns at a specific time
4. Enable VoIP

• Click on "Save" to add a campaign
