Custom Sms

This page explains how to use the functionality where a sms with pre defined message would be sent automatically.

Steps to Add Custom Sms Action in Campaign:

• On the Campaign page while creating new campaigm enable the Custom Sms in actions tab

• Click on "Add from template" to add existing custom sms or enter details

1. Message Title : Name to identitify your sms

2. Message Content : Content that will be sent to the recepient

3. Trigger Phase : phrases that will automatically send the messages

4. Confirmation message : Ask if the recepient is interested in receiveing the sms

• Click on save to add the sms

👏 YAY !!! Your Campaign now has Custom Sms Enabled.
