Using Dynamic Variables in Assistants

Ensure contact list(s) are uploaded to utilize their variables.

• Ensure the relevant contact list(s) are uploaded to use their variables.

• Navigate to Assistants.

• Start creating or editing an assistant using Manual, Generative, or Templates.

• Insert "@" wherever you want to use a dynamic variable, then select the desired variable from the drop-down list.

• Click Create to apply your changes

Notes:

• The drop-down menu for @ shows all variables from all contact lists. Only select variables from the contact list associated with the assistant for the campaign.

• Dynamic variables can also be used in the Call Opening Message.
