Ensure contact list(s) are uploaded to utilize their variables.

• Navigate to Assistants

• Begin Script-ing using Manual, Generative, or Templates

• Insert "@" wherever you wish to employ dynamic variables, and select the desired variable from the drop-down list

• Save your changes

The drop-down menu on @ displays all variables from all contact lists,so select variables exclusively from the contact list intended for use with that particular assistant in campaign execution.

You can use dynamic variables in the Call opening Message too.
