🤝Test an Assistant

What Process to follow in order to test your Assistant before running a campaign using it.

Follow these steps to test your assistant:

1. Log in to the dashboard and go to the Assistants section.

2. Click the Test Your Bot button on the assistant’s page.

1. You’ll see two calling options:

   • Native Dialer

   • Web Calling

1. If you select Native Dialer, two more options appear:

   • Change Number — to switch the calling number.

   • Start Call — to begin the call manually.

2. If you select Web Calling, the call will be placed directly through the system automatically.

You will receive a call 📲 shortly on the provided number. Engage with the assistant to test its functionality and conversation flow.

Then you will be able to engage with your dynamic generative voice assistant and test it !! 👏👏
