This page explains Recurring Campaigns in detail.

Start a recurring Campaign::

• Create a campaign with campaign type as recurring

• Add the assistant and phone number to be used

• Adding a contact list is optional

• Start the Campaign //you can not add contacts to it via API without starting.

• Get your developer credentials from the Developer APIs page ( click here to learn more )

• User your developer credentials and CampaignId( shown inside the campaign) to hit the API ( click here to see the API details )

Q: How do i add contacts to a Recurring Campaign after it is started?

You can add contacts to it via an API, you would need to generate Developer credentials ( Click here to know more )

Can i pause recurring campaign ?

Yes, just like a Non-recurring campaign you can pause a recurring one, and your contacts will not be called during the paused state.

What happens if i keep adding contacts via API during the campaign is paused ?

The contacts are added to a queue, and when you resume back the campaign you will be asked if you want to call the queued contacts or discard them.

How do i stop a recurring Campaign ?

If you want to temporarily stop it, you can pause it. If you want to end it permanently, you can click on "Force Stop" inside the Campaign details page
