Call Opening Message

Its the introductory message that Assistant's begins the call with once the contacts answer the call

Steps to Set up Call opening Message of an Assistant :

  1. Click on the Assistant you want to add call opening message for.

  2. Fill in the Call Opening Message in the customization tab.

  3. Click "Save".

It is mandatory to write the call opening message in the same language as selected in the customization tab. If i want my assistant to speak in Arabic, then my call opening message must be in Arabic, script can be in any language.
