# Outbound Campaign

An **Outbound Campaign** in VoiceGenie is a feature that enables **automated voice calls** to a list of users or contacts. These campaigns are **initiated by the system** using **AI Voice Assistants**, allowing you to reach your audience efficiently and intelligently.

**Steps to create an Outbound Campaign** 

1. Go to the **Campaigns** section and click on **Outbound**.
2. On the Campaigns page, click on **Create Campaign**.
3. A pop-up window titled **Create Outbound Campaign** will appear.

4. Enter the **Campaign Name**.
5. Select the **Voice Assistant** you want to use in this campaign.
6. Select the **Phone Number** that will be used to make the calls.
7. Select the **Contact List** you want to target in this campaign.
8. Add the **Actions** you wish to include in the campaign.
9. Configure the **Post Call Analysis** settings for better insights.
10. Explore additional options by clicking on **Extras**.\

* **Call Retry Option:** Determines whether to attempt another call for unanswered contacts.
* **Concurrency:** Set custom pacing and concurrency limits for your campaign.
* **Scheduling:** Schedule the campaign to run at a specific date and time.
* **Enable VoIP:** Allows calling via internet-based protocol.

11. Once all details are filled, click on **Create** to add your campaign.
