📤Outbound Campaign

An Outbound Campaign in VoiceGenie is a feature that enables automated voice calls to a list of users or contacts. These campaigns are initiated by the system using AI Voice Assistants, allowing you to reach your audience efficiently and intelligently.

Steps to create an Outbound Campaign

1. Go to the Campaigns section and click on Outbound.

2. On the Campaigns page, click on Create Campaign.

3. A pop-up window titled Create Outbound Campaign will appear.

1. Enter the Campaign Name.

2. Select the Voice Assistant you want to use in this campaign.

3. Select the Phone Number that will be used to make the calls.

4. Select the Contact List you want to target in this campaign.

5. Add the Actions you wish to include in the campaign.

6. Configure the Post Call Analysis settings for better insights.

7. Explore additional options by clicking on Extras. *Extras include:

• Call Retry Option: Determines whether to attempt another call for unanswered contacts.

• Concurrency: Set custom pacing and concurrency limits for your campaign.

• Scheduling: Schedule the campaign to run at a specific date and time.

• Enable VoIP: Allows calling via internet-based protocol.

1. Once all details are filled, click on Create to add your campaign.
