An Inbound Campaign in VoiceGenie handles incoming calls from your customers. It enables your AI Voice Assistant to answer calls, provide real-time assistance, and handle customer support queries efficiently — ensuring that every incoming interaction is managed seamlessly.

Steps to create an Inbound Campaign

1. Go to the Campaigns section and click on Inbound.

2. On the Campaigns page, click on Create Campaign.

3. A pop-up window titled Create Inbound Campaign will appear.

1. Enter the Campaign Name.

2. Select the Voice Assistant you want to use in this campaign.

3. Select the Phone Number that will be used to make the calls.

4. Add the Actions you wish to include in the campaign.

5. Configure the Post Call Analysis settings for better insights.

6. Once all details are filled, click on Create to add your campaign.
