# InBound Campaign

An **Inbound Campaign** in VoiceGenie handles **incoming calls** from your customers. It enables your AI Voice Assistant to **answer calls**, provide **real-time assistance**, and handle **customer support queries** efficiently — ensuring that every incoming interaction is managed seamlessly.

**Steps to create an Inbound Campaign**&#x20;

1. Go to the **Campaigns** section and click on **Inbound**.
2. On the Campaigns page, click on **Create Campaign**.
3. A pop-up window titled **Create Inbound Campaign** will appear.&#x20;

4. Enter the **Campaign Name**.
5. Select the **Voice Assistant** you want to use in this campaign.
6. Select the **Phone Number** that will be used to make the calls.
7. Add the **Actions** you wish to include in the campaign.
8. Configure the **Post Call Analysis** settings for better insights.
9. Once all details are filled, click on **Create** to add your campaign.<br>
